VTB Kapital may open subsidiary in Azerbaijan

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. Russian VTB Group does not exclude the opening of subsidiary of VTB Kapital company in Azerbaijan, board member of Bank VTB Olga Dergunova said.

To her, if there is need for launching of subsidiary in Azerbaijan, the company will realize it: â€œWe have already presented the information about VTB Kapital and the information about the offered products and services to the Azerbaijani sideâ€.

Dergunova noted that it was so important to launch office in Baku in order to realize the operations of VTB Kapital in Azerbaijan: â€œThis company has representations in several countries. But those representations can realize operations in other countries too. We can implement investment operations in Azerbaijan via the representation of VTB Kapital in other country tooâ€.

Note that, VTB Kapital offers investment-banking products, the organization of the securities issues, business development, direct investment, trade transactions, asset management and etc. services.
