Assets management conception to be included in the Civil Code in Azerbaijan

Baku. Vahab Rzayev â€“ APA-Economics. A draft law about making of amendments in the Civil Code on assets management was discussed in the Economic Policy Committee of Azerbaijani Parliament. According to APA-Economics, the article # 992-1.9 is recommended to present in â€œAssets control is professional activity on operations at securities market in the interests of customer or in the interests of third person indicated by customer using securities or cash resources given under the jurisdiction of professional participant, but appurtenant to customerâ€ version.

Note that, previous version was â€œSecurities control is professional activity on operations at securities market in the interests of customer or in the interests of third person indicated by customer using securities or cash resources given under the jurisdiction of professional participant, but appurtenant to customerâ€
The draft law considers relevant amendments in other articles related with this.

Note that, the draft law is recommended to discuss at the plenary meeting of parliament.
