AGBank gets 5% rise in profit year-on-year

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. In January-June, 2011, AGBankâ€™s profit stood at AZN 3.914 mln, up 5% from a year earlier.

Total incomes rose 2.2% to AZN 21.510 mln, as well as interest incomes dropped 3% to AZN 16.126 mln, non-interest incomes increased by 22% to AZN 5.383 mln.

Total expenses soared 1.7% to AZN 17.596 mln, interest expenses decreased by 2.8% to AZN 7.925 mln, non-interest expenses went up 5.6% to AZN 9.670 mln.

Interest incomes dropped 3.1% to AZN 8.201 mln, non-interest losses decreased by 9.5% to AZN 4.287 mln.

Remind that, AGBank has been in operation since 1992. The bank operates 16 branches 53 ATMs, 403 POS-terminals and 513 employees across the country.
