Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. In order to cut the costs, AGLeasing company will continue its activity in the main office of AGBank and to this end, the company moved into the office of the founder, board chairman Sabuhi Bakhshaliyev told APA.

To him, from now on, financial matters of the leasing company, including the expenditure of the budget, will be overseen by AGBank.

Note that, some staff have already resigned for the purpose of minimizing company’s expenses.

Remind that, AGLeasing has been in operation since 2005. In the role of the company’s shareholders are OJSC AGBank, Hyperion Capital Investments Ltd. (UK) and Delta Trans Group LLC (USA). As of July 1, 2011, authorized capital made AZN 1 mln.
