AZN 61.3 mln mortgage loan given in Azerbaijan this year

Baku. Ali Ahmadov â€“ APA-Economics. In August, 2011, AZN 11.1 mln mortgage loan has been given to the population via AMF in Azerbaijan, AMF told APA. In general, AZN 61.3 mln mortgage loan has been given within 8 months.

The total volume of mortgage loan given to population reached AZN 311 mln, so far. As the result, per head mortgage loan was amounted AZN 34.1, this number was AZN 27.2 in the beginning of year and AZN 32.9 as of August 1

In August, AZN 6 mln-credit has been refinanced by AMF, up 22.4% compared to July. In January-August, AZN 44.3 mln mortgage loan has been refinanced. In general, AZN 220.3 mln or 69.36% of mortgage loan has been refinanced, so far.

In August, AZN 7.3 mln funds have been given to AMF from the state budget. Thus, the sum of loan given from state budget for mortgage purposes reached AZN 14.2 mln.

AMF has issued AZN 3 mln-bonds in August. In January-August, volume of bonds issued by the Fund hit AZN 47 mln. In general, AMF is expected to issue AZN 60 mln-bond emission, this year. The sum of means to be allocated by the state for mortgage aims will be AZN 14 mln.
