â€œFor instance, thought the gold and oil differ for features, both of them are commodities and have same role in investment portfolio. Thatâ€™s why, considering the oil as main resources of Azerbaijan, â€œRules on saving, placement and management of SOFAZ fundsâ€ bans to invest in other commodity productsâ€, said the Fund.

At the same time, it was noted that, the uncertainties, as well disbelief to financial markets of worldâ€™s leading countries caused the agiotage around the gold: â€œAlthough, gold is reserved as an investment instruments by several investors, SOFAZ review the long-term risk and YTM features, before its investing in itâ€, Fund told APA.
