Businessman arrested due to tax avoidance in Azerbaijan

According to Ministry, S. Ibrahimov avoided from the payment of AZN 39,691.3 VAT to the state budget, during the activity as director of Alliance 1 LLC.

Besides, he avoided from the payment of AZN 43,190.53 taxes to the state budget, during his activity as the director of Xare LLC.

Totally, AZN 82,882.83 was avoided from the tax.

As a result of operations conducted by departmentâ€™s employees, S. Ibrahimov was arrested on July 21, and measure of restraint was issued for him on July 23. Investigation is underway.
