Azerbaijan increases trade turnover with CIS countries by 47%

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. The trade turnover between Azerbaijan and CIS countries made $ 2,480.6 mln, during January-May, 2011.

According to State Statistical Committee, $ 1,436.7 mln-goods were exported to CIS countries from Azerbaijan, $1,043.9 mln-goods imported from CIS Countries. Consequently, the positive balance was $ 392.8 mln.

Trade turnover rose 46.6%, as well export â€“ 57.7%, import-31.3%, positive balance â€“ 6.7 times.
