Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev – APA-Economics. Azerbaijan-based A-Group Company has collected AZN 5.618 mln insurance premiums during January-June, 2011, up 10% from year earlier.
Company says most of premiums came from property insurance.
The charges on these types quintupled during the same period. At the same time, the growth was observed in Vehicle insurance and Mortgage insurance.
Company says it signed 12,583 contracts during the 6 months. Insurance payments made AZN 2.678 mln.
Remind that, A-Group has been in operation since 1995. The company operates 3 compulsory and 15 voluntary insurance types.
