Azer-Turk Bank sees 24% rise in assets year-on-year

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev – APA-Economics. As of July 1, 2011, Azer-Turk Bank’s assets made AZN 57.263 mln, up 245 from a year earlier.

Bank says loan portfolio rose 23.5% to AZN 33.401 mln, consumption loans increased by 18.2% to AZN 14.594 mln, deposit portfolio rose 20.2% to AZN 30.303 mln, population’s deposits rose 285 to AZN 16.521 mln, term deposits made AZN 10.818 mln, demand deposits made AZN 5.703 mln.

Total capital of the bank within a half-year grew by 11.5% to AZN 12.105 mln, authorized capital rose approximately 16.25 to AZN 11.624 mln.

Note that, bank’s incomes year-on-year made AZN 3.734 mln, expenses – AZN 3.346 mln. Bank’s profit dropped 445 to AZN 0.388 mln.

Remind that, Azer-Turk Bank has been in operation since 1995. The bank operates 4 branches, 7 ATMs and 29 POS-terminals across the country. As of July 1, 2011, the bank has 20,683 customers, 2,607 active plastic cards and 120 employees.
