Baku. Vahab Rzayev – APA-Economics. As of November 1, 2010, the total amount of deposits in banks stood at AZN 4 874.4 million, up 14.4% or AZN 612.9 mln on a year earlier, 4.7% or AZN 220.2 mln on early this year, said the National Bank of Azerbaijan.
According to CBA, the household deposits made AZN 2 887.5 mln, non-financing organizations’ deposits stood at AZN 1 986.9 mln. The share of individuals in structure of the deposits makes 59.2%.
The non-financing organizations’ deposits decreased by 7%%, while the annual growth of household deposits was 35.8%. At the same time, deposit of individuals ended up AZN 89.2 mln or 3.2% in October, the deposit of legal entities increase by AZN 70.1 mln or 3.7%.
