Azerbaijan-based banks ranking for profit growth rate

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. APA-Economics provides ranking of Azerbaijan-based banks for their various figures and financial performance.

The project aims to highlight banksâ€™ financial performance and update the public and potential investors. In the table below, banks are ranked for profit growth rate with the available data as of October 1, 2010.

- Loss of Kafkaz Development Bank made AZN 389 000 during the same period, 2010, down 57.7% compared with a year ago:
- Rabitebankâ€™s loss was AZN 44 000 in January-September, 2010, profit made AZN 538 000 during the same period of 2009:
- Unibankâ€™s loss was AZN4.217 mln in January-September, 2010, profit made AZN 2.813 mln in January-September, 2009:
- Azerbaijan Industry Bankâ€™s profit made AZN 1.250 mln in 9 months of 2010, loss made AZN 293 000 in 3 quarters of last year:
- Bank Melli Iran-Bakuâ€™s loss made AZN 292 000 in 3 quarters of 2010, profit made AZN 970 000 during the same period:
- Gandjabankâ€™s loss made AZN 1.068 mln in 9 months of 2010, profit was AZN 661 000 during te same period, 2009:
- Bank Respublikaâ€™s loss made AZN 776 000 in January-September, 2010, profit made AZN 8.003 mln duiring the same period.
