Baku. Rashad Suleymanov – APA-Economics. Azerbaijani Ministry of Taxes disseminated information about the controls in Logmed Clinic. According to APA citing Ministry’s site the Primary Investigation of Tax Crimes Department under the Ministry of Taxes has launched a criminal case under the article 213.1 of Criminal Code on the tax evasion in Logmed LLC.
Investigates shown that total turnover in 3rd and 4th quarters of 2008 and 11 months of 2009 was noted as AZN 45 000. This is only accounted number for ambulatory services to the sick and was noted in the treasure book of 2009. Main part of this sum was erased for the staff salaries unofficially. During the control 495 patients were operated but earned means was not noted in the reports. According to specialists the clicin avoided to transfer AZN 59 713.99 payment to the state budget.
On November 5, director of Logmed Sadigov Alibala was arrested as a suspicious person.
