Revan Sigorta to increase authorized capital

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-economics.. The State Committee for Securities of Azerbaijan has registered issue of shares of domestic insurance company Revan Sigorta OJSC (formerly Star Alyans).

The issue of ordinary registered book-entry shares was registered this March, told Commitee to APA.

Totally 98,040 shares with par value of AZN 30.6 were registered.

Overall volume of the issue is AZN 3 million.

Revan Sigorta has been operating in insurance sector of Azerbaijan since 1988. Following replacement of its shareholders in 2007 Revan Sigorta entered in group of companies Nurgun. Companyâ€™s charter capital is now AZN 1.96 million. Revan Sigorta renders services on 19 types of insurance.
