Central Bank of Azerbaijan may continue financial support to government structures

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev - APA-ECONOMICS. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan may provide financial support to government structures in implementing projects of special significance in the future, said Alim Guliyev, the first deputy chairman of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA).

"For the first time such assistance ($750 million) was provided to the State Oil Company. Then, a credit was allocated to Azeraluminium to support the development of industry (202 million dollars)â€ he added.

He didnâ€™t rule out assistance to other entities on the basis of similar mechanism.
