Azerbaijan develops new guidelines to protect the rights of the insured

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev - APA-ECONOMICS. The rights of the insured will be better protected in Azerbaijan after the new guidelines are approved, said Namig Khalilov, chief of the state insurance supervision unit under the Ministry of Finance.

According to him, the guidelines developed in an easy-to-understand form for simple citizens are currently being debated by specialists of the Azerbaijan Insurers Association:

The main purpose of the development of these guildlines is to enhance the protection of the interests of the insured.

The new document, in contrast to the existing rules, improved items on instances of non-payment for each petty reasons and logical basis for the refusal.
