United Credit Bank to hold general meeting of shareholders

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. Azerbaijan-based United Credit Bank will hold a general meeting of shareholders in early 2010, said Vahid Aliyev, deputy chairman of the bank.

According to him, the shareholders will discuss 2009 financial performance, distribution of profit, and plans for 2010.

Owned by 1 legal entity and 2 individuals, United Credit Bank has been in operation since 1996. It operates 5 branches, 5 ATMs and 7 POS terminals across the country.
