Baku. Nijat Mustafayev - APA-ECONOMICS. Azerbaijanâ€™s State Securities Committee (SCS) has registered Omni Finance nonbank lending institutionâ€™s issue prospectus of book-entry registered secured bonds.

The face value per bond is 1 000 AZN, number is 500, total amount of issue is AZN 500. According to stock exchange experts, the flotation will be held in December.

Owned by 3 local individuals, Omni Finance was registered in 2003 as a microfinance institution.

Its authorized capital is 160 AZN currently .
