Atrabank sees assets spiked by 7%

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. As of July 1, Azerbaijan-based Atrabank posted its assets at AZN 34.292 million, up 6.5% from a year ago.

The bank said deposit portfolio increased by 3.2% to AZN 4.252 million, loan portfolio rose by 2.2% to AZN 23.538million and consumer lending jumped by 22.4% to AZN 4.883 million.

Total equity capital dropped by 4.6% to AZN 10.884 million and authorized capital stood at AZN 10.425 million.

Revenue increased by 19.4% to AZN 1.663 million and expenditure rose by 10.3% to AZN 1.636 million. Profit fell by 9-fold to AZN 0.027 million.

The bank established 4 exchange bureaus, 3 ATMs and 8 POS terminals over the past one year.

Besides, the number of staff increased by 19% to 152 and average salary decreased by 5.5% to AZN 468.

Established in 1992, Atrabank operates 12 branches, 5 exchange bureaus, 13 ATMs and 39 POS terminals across the country.
