Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev - APA-ECONOMICS. International Bank of Azerbaijan has awarded a contract to Russia’s FB Consult for the pilot deployment of CRM SalesLogix in its Nasimi branch.
The bank said CRM SalesLogix will assist in implementing the bank’s strategy, in particular, to provide customers with a full range of banking products and services that were produced through the latest technologies, as well as offering to clients the most comfortable way of relations with the bank.
The introduction of CRM SalesLogix will allow the use of modern communication with potential and current clients, facilitating the identification and segmentation of customers, setting feedback option, making it possible to analyze the effectiveness of various marketing programs and make timely adjustments to the plans.
The main objective of the project is to optimize existing bank business processes and setting up the CRM-system for improving the efficiency of the bank employees, interacting with corporate clients.
The system will be deployed in all branches in 2-3 years.
