Issue of housing certificates increases in Azerbaijan

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev - APA-ECONOMICS. Azerbaijanâ€™s State Committee for Securities (SCS) said it registered housing certificates by 3 issuers in January-July.

According to the statement, housing certificates grew 19.6 times year-on-year to AZN 277.1 million in value and increased by 2.2 times to 387 in number.

The area in the housing certificates increase by 4.5 times to 81 830 square meters.
