Bashak-Inam Insurance Companyâ€˜s shares will be placed as from August 20

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. Starting from August 31 of 2009 placement of ordinary registered shares of â€œBashak-Inam Sigorta Shirketiâ€ OJSC will be started on the Baku Stock Exchange.
The volume of the issue is AZN 1,000,000, face value per share AZN 200. According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of the public subscription method at the Baku Stock Exchange.
Â«Chelsea CapitalÂ» LLC will be the underwriter of placement of shares.
Those intending to purchase shares can apply to an organization being the member of â€œBaku Stock Exchangeâ€ CJSC and having a brokerage license.
