Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Monday that he and his counterpart from the United States, Joe Biden, discussed the ways in which the pair of allies will achieve "our common victory this year" against Russia, APA reports citing Teletrader.
In his usual evening address to Ukrainians, Zelensky claimed that he saw "determination" in Biden and the US to put an end to Russian "aggression" in 2023.
Zelensky also claimed that Ukraine received a "positive assessment" from International Monetary Fund Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva, who also visited Kyiv earlier in the day.
