Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu visits France on Sunday despite the cancellation of his visit to the Netherlands for a meeting with the Turkish expats in the the country, APA reports quoting Reuters.
Cavusoglu's visit to the eastern French city of Metz was confirmed by the French Foreign Ministry and the meeting is scheduled to take place at 11:00 GMT.
Cavusoglu, who was earlier barred from flying to the Netherlands to campaign for Turkey's April referendum on expanding presidential powers, landed at Metz airport.
