"War has destroyed $500 billion in Ukraine assets so far," Ukraine's Finance Minister Serhii Marchenko said in an interview with local media, APA reports citing Unian.net.
However, he said that this is not the final indicator, and the exact figures will be known after the war.
He added that because of war, many supply chains were broken and facilities were destroyed.
As the employees left the regions, some enterprises were suspended from operating.
Sergei Marchenko stressed that the losses of the war will be equal to one-third or half of Ukraine's GDP.
