US President Donald Trump will be visiting Poland from August 31 in the evening to September 2, said Krzysztof Szczerski, the Polish presidential aide, APA reports citing polandin.com.
On September 1, the US head of state will take part in the celebrations of the 80th anniversary of the outbreak of WWII in the capital Warsaw.
Besides the American president, a huge number of world leaders are expected to attend the event.
It would be his second visit during his term in office. He last was in Poland in July 2017 at a meeting in the capital’s Royal Castle to attend the Three Seas Initiative Summit.
In turn, President Duda has visited Washington twice within the last year, including June 2019.
