Herman Halushchenko, who served as Ukraine’s Minister of Energy from 2021 to 2025, has been formally charged with a criminal offense, the Ukrainian Prosecutor’s Office published on the official Telegram channel, APA reports.
Ukraine’s National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) stated that the ongoing investigation is being conducted in accordance with the law and based on a court decision.
The charges include money laundering and participation in a criminal organization.
