"Negotiations are underway," Adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine (OPU) Mikhail Podolyak wrote on the Twitter page, AP reports.
He also disclosed the issues discussed during the talks.
"General settlement, ceasefire, withdrawal of troops from the country ..." Podolyak added.
