The Russian military's massive PAH attack on Ukraine's Odessa region has caused extensive damage to infrastructure, and the attacks have caused fires in several locations, said, head of the Odessa city military administration, Oleg Kiper, APA reports.
He said that as a result of the attack, there were serious disruptions in the supply of electricity, heating, and water in Odessa.
Kiper said that according to initial information, four people were injured as a result of the UAV attacks, one of whom is in serious condition.
