Cruise missiles on Ukraine's Lviv city have been fired from the Caspian Sea, Maksym Kozytskyi, Lviv’s regional governor wrote on Facebook, APA reports.

Governor has noted that in total 4 missile strikes have blown Lviv at about 8: 30 a.m today: "According to initial information, they have been fired from the Caspian region, Three of the missiles have hit military infrastructure."

Maksym Kozytskyi has said in an update published afternoon on Monday that seven people had died in the attacks and another 11 had been injured, including a child. He has stressed the figures on casualties may change.

Lviv’s regional governor has added that the fire, which has broken up after strikes, has been extinguished.
