Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba will hold a discussion together with his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu about the tactics of negotiation with Russian FM Sergei Lavrov, said Dmytro Kuleba, APA reports citing Ukrinform.
“We will establish the logic of the process together with him. I have always confirmed that I am ready for discussions at the level of foreign ministers. Of course if, mister Lavrov to be ready for substantive discussion of issues and the solution of specific problems,” noted Kuleba.
