GEL 50,000 bail has been ordered for former financial director of Rustavi 2, Kakha Damenia, APA reports citing Georgian Journal.
Ekaterine Kululashvili, the judge of the Tbilisi Civil Court, announced the decision.
The motion of the Prosecutor General's Office to ban Damenia from crossing the state border without informing the investigating body has also been granted.
Kakha Damenia is accused of violation of a large amount of property rights owned by the Rustavi 2 broadcasting company, which was committed by a group, using official power.
