Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Çavuşoğlu and Swedish Foreign Minister Tobias Billström will discuss the accession process of Sweden to NATO, APA reports citing the press service of the Turkish Foreign Ministry.
Swedish Foreign Minister Tobias Billström will pay an official visit to Turkiye on December 22.
"The meeting to be held between Çavuşoğlu and the Swedish Foreign Minister will include a discussion of bilateral relations between Turkiye and Sweden, Turkiye-EU relations in the context of Sweden's presidency of the EU in January 2023, Sweden's NATO membership process, and exchange of views regarding regional and international issues ", Turkish Foreign Ministry said.
