In April 2023, the average daily loss of personnel in Russia is likely to have fallen by about 30%, APA reports citing British Defence Intelligence Service
“The figures published by the Ukrainian General Staff indicate a decrease in average daily losses of Russians from 776 in March to 568 in April. The British Defense Intelligence cannot verify Ukraine’s exact methodology, but the general trend is probably accurate,” the message reads.
Russian casualties are likely to have been reduced, it said, as their attempted winter offensive failed to achieve its objectives, and the Russian forces are now focused on preparing for the expected Ukrainian offensive operations.
