"Regulated relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia create new opportunities for the region and give it new relevance," Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Bochorishvili said at a panel discussion at the Munich Security Conference, APA's local bureau reports.
She noted that Georgia, as a stable country, is connected to all its neighbors by strategic relations.
"We are living in a period of change, which makes our region even more important. Georgia is a road connecting Europe and Asia and is important for the European Union. The issue of transport connections is a critically important issue. In this process, we are working together with our neighbors - Azerbaijan and Türkiye," the minister added.
