Turkish press: SOCAR buys building for $75 mln

Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu - APA-Economics. Daughter company of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan in turkey SOCAR Turkey has bough new administrative building.

APA reports quoting Turkish Press that SOCAR moves to Vadi Istanbul Bulvar, which is the biggest real estate project of Turkey.

The project also includes construction of office area with 180,000 m². For the present, second stage of the project is being implemented. The building bought by SOCAR-Turkey is 12-storey and has 17,800 m². The company has not officially announced the contract on procurement and it’s expected te transaction will be announced this week.

According to Turkish press, the company has paid $75 mln for office building.

SOCAR told APA-Economics that the contract will be signed today.
