Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu - APA-Economics. There was not any official report on staff reduction in the Statoil Azerbaijan Company, said public relations spokesperson for the company Jamila Gadiyeva while commenting on the reports regarding staff reduction in the company.
Gadiyeva said that she has no such an authority to inform about any staff reduction in the company. “The leadership is not in Baku yet and we cannot give any information without their decision. Statoil Azerbaijan Company declares a holiday on the occasion of the Christmas celebration and the leadership is not in the country. We will give information about it after the New Year celebrations”, she said.
According to recent media reports, since 2015, Statoil Company will make staff reduction after New Year.
For the present, Statoil Azerbaijan has 40 employees.
