Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu - APA-Economics. “The oil price will be around $80-90 next year”, SOCAR-Turkey’s CEO Kenan Yavuz said in his interview to Vatan newspaper.
According to him, this figure may change when Russia takes step back from its position in the relations with the West: “If Russia takes a step back, the oil price will exceed $100. We don’t have to plant our future steps basing on current prices”.
Yavuz also noted that those which will happen in the future depend on only US decisions: “Because, producing shale gas, the US has become an independent state on energy security”.
