Azerbaijan produced 42 mln tonnes of oil, 19 bcm of gas last year

Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu - APA-Economics. The economic entities of Azerbaijan’s industry produced products and rendered services in the worth of AZN 31.9 bln.

State Statistical Committee told APA-Economics that the mining sector, which produced 69.6% of product, has produced 41.9 mln tonnes of oil and 18.7 bcm of marketable gas and other products.

The production in processing sector made 24.0%. 5.7% made energy, production, distribution and supply of gas and steam, 0.7% water supply, waste treatment and processing.

Production in non-oil sector grew by 6.9%, 92.4% of general industrial products fell to share of goods, 7.6% to industrial services, and 79.5% to private sector.
