The leaders of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states have approved a roadmap for implementing the strategy on the development of energy cooperation until 2030, APA-Economics reports, citing Russian media.
This was stated in the Tianjin Declaration adopted following the 25th meeting of the SCO Council of Heads of State.
“The SCO Council of Heads of State adopted a statement on the development of sustainable energy and approved the roadmap for the implementation of the strategy on the development of energy cooperation among SCO member states until 2030,” the document says.
It should be noted that today, the 25th meeting of the SCO Council of Heads of State was held in Tianjin, China. Leaders from 21 countries and representatives of more than 10 international organizations attended the summit.
