One of the significant steps in the sphere of energy security is being taken today, said Minister of Energy of Bulgaria Rossen Hristov said at the signing ceremony of the memorandum of understanding in Sofia, APA reports.
“I am very glad that Bulgaria is the initiator of this project. Just a few months passed since the first discussions and now steps are being taken. I express my gratitude to the Presidents ensuring us with a stable platform,” he said.
