The Azerbaijan Institute of Standardization (AZSTAND) has adopted 8 new state standards in the oil and chemical sector, AZSTAND told APA-Economics.
According to the information, the new state standards were discussed in the Technical Committee for Standardization of “Additives, lubricating oils, lubricants, and special fluids” (AZSTAND/TK 34), adopted by AZSTAND, and included in the State Fund of Normative Documents on Standardization.
The standards were developed based on authentic translations of relevant international standards for the purpose of using them as reference standards for the technical regulation "On requirements for lubricants, oils and special fluids" within the framework of the implementation of clause 8.2.2 of the "State Program for 2023-2025 on harmonization of the national standardization system with international requirements".
