In June of this year, Azerbaijan's daily oil production (including condensate) was 75.6 thousand tons or 570 thousand barrels, the Ministry of Energy told APA-Economics.
According to the information, 61.9 thousand tons (457 thousand barrels) of this was crude oil, and 13.7 thousand tons (113 thousand barrels) was condensate.
Note that according to the agreement reached by the ministers of the OPEC+ countries (an initiative to reduce oil production involving OPEC and non-OPEC countries), Azerbaijan's production quota until the end of 2026 is 551 thousand barrels (74,259 tons) per day.
Thus, Azerbaijan fell short of its quota within the framework of OPEC+ by 94 thousand barrels and 12,359 tons in June.
