Azerbaijan produced AZN 22.5 billion worth of oil and gas this year -TABLE

In January–July of this year, the total value of production in the mining industry in Azerbaijan amounted to 22,520.9 billion manats, which is 3.3% less compared to the corresponding period of the previous year, APA-Economics reports citing the monthly report of the State Statistical Committee.

According to the report, out of the mentioned total indicator, AZN 20,629 million accounted for crude oil and natural gas production, which is 3.2% less in an annual comparison.

According to the information, during the reporting period, commodity crude oil production amounted to 15,996.9 thousand tons, and commodity natural gas production totaled 22,551 million cubic meters.

It is noted that commodity crude oil production decreased by 5.4% compared to the corresponding period of the previous year, while commodity gas production increased by 0.2%.
