The average annual export price of 1 barrel of "Azeri Light" (CIF) oil on world markets for the January–March period of 2025 has been revealed, APA-Economics reports.

According to calculations, the average price of Azerbaijani oil stood at $77.5 per barrel during the first three months of this year.
Oil price fluctuations in Q1 2025
In Q1 2025, the highest price recorded was $84.78 per barrel, while the lowest was $71.40 per barrel.
State budget and oil-gas sector revenues
It should be noted that the average annual export price of oil in Azerbaijan’s state budget for the current year has been calculated at $70 per barrel. Of the projected 2025 state budget revenues (38.356 billion manats), 18.773 billion manats are expected to come from the oil and gas sector. This includes 14.481 billion manats from transfers by the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ), 3.83 billion manats from tax revenues within the oil and gas sector, and 462 million manats from SOCAR dividend payments.
