Last year, 19 wells were drilled in the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli (ACG) field block located in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea, BP's Vice President for Wells in Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Türkiye, Russell Morris said at the "IADC Drilling Caspian 2025" drilling conference held in Baku, APA-Economics reports.
According to him, 18 wells were planned to be drilled in ACG last year, but it was possible to complete the year with 19 wells.
Russell Morris says that 19 wells are planned to be drilled in ACG this year as well.
