He said that the rally could be held on October 27: “Our appeal sent to Baku Mayor’s Office on October 14 on holding a rally still remains unanswered. This issue has not been solved by capital authorities. So we can not make a definite decision on holding the rally on October 20. It has been proposed to hold the rally on October 27.”
Aslanli said they have already appealed to Baku Mayor’s Office in this regard. According to him, in spite of this, this issue will be discussed again after Jamil Hasanli, the former presidential candidate of the National Council, returns to Baku.
Though the National Council announced that they appealed to Baku Mayor’s Office on holding a rally in the capital on October 20, but capital authorities didn’t officially receive this appeal.
