Next session of Azerbaijani Parliament's date and agenda announced

The date and agenda of the next plenary session of the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament) have been announced, APA reports.

The session, to be held on February 28 will include 16 issues on its agenda.

The issues included in the agenda are as follows:

1. Draft law on amendments to the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan (third reading).
2. Draft law on amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Aviation (third reading).
3. Draft law on amendments to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Azerbaijan (third reading).
4. Draft law on amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Social Insurance and the Tax Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan (third reading).
5. Draft law on amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Medical Insurance (third reading).
6. Draft law on amendments to the Housing Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan (third reading).
7. Draft law on amendments to certain laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan related to the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 1115-VIQD dated March 29, 2024, on “Courts and Judges” (third reading).
8. Draft law on amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Combuting Corruption (second reading).
9. Draft law on amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the Social Protection of Children Who Have Lost Their Parents and Are Deprived of Parental Care (second reading).
10. Draft law on amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Military Duty and Military Service (second reading).
11. Draft law on amendments to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Service and Civil Weapons (second reading).
12. Draft law on amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Accounting (second reading).
