Ramiz Mehdiyev told APA exclusively: “On December 7, from the opposition press, I became familiar with the next nonsense of Elshad Abdullayev, who has fled the country and is hiding.

It seems that this person’s disease is so deeply rooted that he either is unable to speak or wants to cover up his acts with slanders, lies and fictions. I had never had an intention to receive Elshad Abdullayev. It would be better if he said that I received him for a minute or two without allowing him to sit, after he asked a reputable person. His request was related with the fate of his university.”

I have never carried on conversation with him about his seat at the parliament. It is also his next fiction, like the one that supposedly, the US embassy demanded us to give parliamentary mandate to Isa Gambar and Arzu Samadbeyli. It is a product of his sick imagination. Who is Elshad Abdullayev that I can discuss such an issue with him within a few minutes? With this lie and fiction he wants to cause intrigue among the oppositionists. Supposedly, we support only Musavat Party…

Apparently, someone needs Elshad Abdullayev’s ridiculous, slanderous and fictitious statements and uses him as a tool. His personality and acts are known to hundreds of young people, whom he gave fake diplomas, their parents and other people, whom he swindled. As for his fraud and primitive games, I can say that all this has nothing to do with the staff of the Presidential Administration.
