Isa Gambar said that one can refuse to participate in the election at the last moment:

“Boycott claims and proposals distract us from the target. If we are going to boycott, we do not need this document. We should work hard in the international community. My recent visit to Europe was focused on it.”

Chairman of the Musavat Party believes that the Memorandum may give an impetus to bring together opposition forces: “This document is also important for introducing to the international organizations.”
